    Purpose and Instructions: Used to read, write or delete videos or screenshots saved on the device.
    Scope of Information Collected: Only reads, writes or deletes videos and screenshot files related to Reli Up; no other files or data are involved.
    Usage Method: The permission is invoked only when you actively save, delete or edit videos/screenshots, and will be terminated immediately after the operation is completed.
  2. Access precise location information (location via GPS and networks)
    Purpose and Instructions: Used to obtain the SSID of the current network during camera network configuration.
    Scope of Information Collected: Only obtains the SSID (wireless network name) of the currently connected network.
    Usage Method: The collection is triggered only when you enter the camera network configuration page and tap "Obtain Network Information", and will stop immediately after configuration is completed.
  3. Access approximate location information (location via network)
    Purpose and Instructions: Used to obtain the SSID of the current network during camera network configuration.
    Scope of Information Collected: Only obtains the SSID (wireless network name) of the currently connected network; no latitude/longitude or specific geographic location information is obtained.
    Usage Method: The collection is triggered only when you enter the camera network configuration page and tap "Obtain Network Information", and will stop immediately after configuration is completed.
  4. Record audio
    Purpose and Instructions: Used to record custom alarm voice messages for the camera.
    Scope of Information Collected: Only collects alarm voice audio data that you actively record; no other audio content is recorded.
    Usage Method: The permission is invoked only when you enter the "Custom Alarm Voice" recording page and tap the "Record" button, and will be terminated immediately after recording stops.
  5. Camera
    Purpose and Instructions: Used to activate the mobile camera to scan the QR code on the camera label for network configuration.
    Scope of Information Collected: Only uses the camera to capture QR code image information; no other images or videos are captured or stored.
    Usage Method: The camera permission is invoked only when you enter the "QR Code Setup" page for camera network configuration and trigger a scan, and will be closed immediately after setup is completed.
  6. Read the contents of the storage card
    Purpose and Instructions: Used to save alarm screenshots, videos and other data.
    Scope of Information Collected: Only reads and saves alarm-related screenshots and video files of Reli Up; no other files or data are read.
    Usage Method: Invoked only when an alarm triggers automatic saving of screenshots/videos, or when you actively view or export alarm data.
  7. Modify system settings
    Purpose and Instructions: Used for the one‑click registration function to improve the success rate of number acquisition by China Telecom under WiFi + 4G network environment.
    Scope of Information Collected: Only modifies temporary network configurations related to China Telecom network number acquisition; no other system settings are modified.
    Usage Method: Invoked only when you trigger the "One‑click Registration" function, and the original system settings will be restored after registration (if modified).
  8. Read call status and mobile network information
    Purpose and Instructions: Used for alarm message push functionality.
    Scope of Information Collected: Only reads the device's call status (e.g., whether a call is in progress), mobile network type (e.g., 4G/5G), and network connection status; no call records, contacts or other information is read.
    Usage Method: Invoked only when the app is running in the background and there are alarm messages to be pushed; not triggered when there is no push demand.
  9. Clipboard
    Purpose and Instructions: We collect strings and/or text information from the clipboard without reading images, files or other non‑text formats, to provide more convenient text pasting and selection. Clipboard data is read only when you actively perform a paste or copy operation, cached in the app's memory temporarily, and cleared immediately after reading without local storage.

    Usage Method: Passively obtained when the app is launched, logged in, or pushing messages for technical purposes. Data is temporarily stored in memory only during app runtime and cleared upon exiting the app.
  11. Device SN (serial number) and DID (device ID)
    Purpose and Instructions: Used for device identification, device binding, troubleshooting, and device management.
    Scope of Information Collected: Only collects the SN and DID of your bound Reli Up hardware devices; no SN, DID or personally identifiable information of other devices is collected.
    Usage Method: Read only when you add/bind Reli Up hardware devices or submit user feedback, stored in your account binding information, used solely for device management and troubleshooting, and will not be shared with any third parties (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations).

We will also use the above information to maintain and improve this business function, develop new business functions, etc.

How do we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information
